How can I save a video to my playlist?
Select “Add to playlist” under the video you would like to save and choose "Watch later" or add it in any other playlist you create.
Why did my videos disappear from my playlists?
Deleted or dead videos are automatically removed from playlists.
I watched / paid a video that wouldn't play!
Unfortunately, given the large quantity of videos on our site, there may be some instances where certain videos TEMPORARILY do not work. Typically the problem will be a "This video will be available soon" message or the video will load only a small portion of its length. Once again these problems are only temporary. If you were able to access a certain video page that means it is still in the database and will be fixed. If you notice a video that doesn't work for a longer period of time feel free to contact us.
How can I report videos that contain inappropriate content?
Content such as underage/rape/animal abuse/coprolalia/etc.
Under each video on the far right you will see 3 dots. Click this to open up the menu and then report it. Fill out the information and submit it to us.

How can I cancel my subscription?
No need to worry—it won’t auto-renew. You’ll need to purchase it again each time. However, if you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us through the "Contact Us" section for support.
How can I become a verified member?
You can become a verified member by purchasing the PRO package or by applying for verification in Menu > Settings > Verification. Once submitted, we will review your application.
There's an issue with my payment.
Locate the billing descriptor on your credit card or PayPal statement, then use the "Contact Us" section to reach out to support. Please provide as much detail as possible in your message to ensure prompt assistance we will reply to you as soon as possible.
How can I withdraw the money in my balance?
Go to Menu > Profile > Balance, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and your PayPal account, and you're all set to complete the withdrawal.
How can I place an ad on the site?
To place an ad on the site, you need to be a PRO member. Once you have PRO status, go to Menu > Advertising and follow the on-screen instructions.
